A bit bland but I like it a lot
I work out a lot, so I need good electrolyte drinks. I used to buy cartons or cans of C2O coconut water but the stores near me constantly run out of it. I don’t like other electrolyte drink mixes because they are not very natural (although many of them are so delicious). I decided to give this a try and I’m so glad I did. I think the taste is a bit bland if you use 1 tbsp of this for a glass of water, but I feel so hydrated. After taking slow sips and really trying to enjoy it, the blandness started to bother me less.

Very good!!
Very surprised as to how good this coconut electrolyte drink mix is! I had seen it in Sprouts store but wanted to check out reviews before buying it. I was mixed after reading the reviews here but the one review that made me want to try it said they usually buy âharmless harvestâ and since thatâs the only coconut water brand I buy, thought Iâd give this one a try. When you open this package it does smell different (not bad just different), but once you mix it, itâs SUPER good!! The taste is very very smooth like youâre drinking straight from a coconut. Iâm so excited since I do love buying coconut water but this is a lot more economical to purchase since you can get about 19 servings (1 per drink), instead of buying for almost the same price just one Harmless Harvest coconut water. It mixes super easy and well too! So happy I found this! Yay thank you for making this!!

Nice, but portion used should be double the indicated amount
I agree with another reviewer that my favorite packaged coconut water is the Harmless brand – I’m a yellow person from Asia, I know what a real Thai coconut tastes like. That said, Laird makes a VERY good, non-liquid alternative that I’ll likely purchase from now on. The taste is much more clean and bright, unlike any other packaged coconut water that isn’t refrigerated in the supermarket.I question the suggested serving amount though, it says 1tbsp per 8oz water, which actually doesn’t taste like much of anything, no sweetness coming through either. I added another tbsp and it finally started to taste more like the real thing. So, serving size 2tbsp = one bottle of 16oz coconut water = about $3. Pricing below Harmless Harvest, above other brands. Good choice for the taste and the convenience.

Pineapple Mango?
OK, I went into this wanting something to hydrate during workouts without all of the added sugars of the mass produced drinks. With this in mind, the product filled the bill. Taste? – water like with the suggested 1 tablespoon. I started using 1 1/2 tablespoons as suggested in another review and it does taste good, and like coconut water. The Pineapple Mango name is very misleading. Not that I bought the product for the PM taste but it does not have a fruit taste at all, just coconut water taste. A bit expensive for what you can make with the small envelope of product. My search continues.

Awesome taste, dissolves perfectly, my favorite dehydrated coconut water
Love Laird dehydrated coconut water. It has killer fresh flavor, doesnât get clumpy at all, and really enjoy the extra calcium. This is my Go-To dehydrated coconut water, it keeps me extra hydrated (; (; I like to add extra powder to my water to really give it that coconut flavor, but if you want something milder the recommended amount is nice too. Will totally be buying this again! Also the packaging is awesome, no issues with opening and closing the bag after a while because of the press lock strip.

WORST STUFF EVER!
I have been attempting to order the product on the lower half of this photo. I cannot find it anywhere. So, I caved and purchased the product on the top. Let me say right now, they are NOT the same product. The lower one does not taste sweet at all. I have enjoyed it close to a year now. However, the convenience packed one on the top is sickening sweet. I usually mix it up for my drive into work. I literally almost spit the second one all over my dashboard. Don’t buy it if you do not enjoy sugar laced products! I am very disappointed and am left 9 envelopes I will never use!

Great to hydrate
I take this while traveling. I get so dehydrated traveling so I add this to my water bottle with some water and just shake it up every now and again make sure it’s dissolved well. It really helps me to stay hydrated. And it tastes fine

Good Stuff If You Don’t Want Sugar or Sweeteners
I ride a lot in the summer and live in a really hot state. I find that no matter what I seem to get partially dehydrated on 30 mile plus rides. And during those times any sugar in my drink turns to paste in my mouth and I hate all sweeteners. I found this a few years ago and it is great. Coconut water is great for hydration. I get this flavor because it has a little bit of taste but does not feel like it is full of sugar. I put some in a baggy for a century ride and it got me through mile 50 to 100. I marked it down a little because they increased the pricing and reduced the size of the package. But I think that is happening with a lot of products now a days. It’s still a really good product that works for me. I will buy it again even at the higher price. When you are on the road in the middle of the summer you will gladly pay extra if it keeps you from bonking or cramping.

I mix this with the laird coffee and the laird lemon drink.

I drink lots of coconut water. I’m totally confused by this powdered stuff. It reminded me of dioralyte that horrible salty drink when you’ve got the poops. I made it as instructed and it was like a faint coconut flavour with salt. I tried adding more and it just intensified the salty taste. I’m returning it and ordering my usual coconut litres.

No flavour , no mango coming through. Felt like I was drinking dehydrated coconut water. For the amount of money you pay for a bag light as well buy a bottle of coconut water for £2.50.

I had a very bad diarrhea after drinking. Tried multiple times to confirm. It doesn’t taste like coconut water either. Please avoid buying this.

This is by far the best tasting one I have found on here. Recommend for anyone wanting coconut water.
