Appears to work well but uncertain of the efficacy
I’ve been using these oral probiotics for a while now, and I’ve noticed some differences. The chewable tablets are easy to take, and the formula includes multiple probiotic strains specifically linked to oral health. I appreciate that they are trying to target the root cause of bad breath rather than just masking it with minty flavors. However, the results have been subtle at best. I do notice slightly fresher breath, but it’s hard to say if thatâs from the probiotics or just sticking to a consistent routine with brushing, flossing, and using a tongue scraper. I haven’t seen a dramatic improvement in morning breath or any noticeable long-term changes. Maybe they take longer to work, or maybe they help in ways that arenât immediately obvious, but I will update this review accordingly if anything changes. If you’re curious about probiotics for oral health, these might be worth a try, but I wouldnât count on them as a guaranteed fix for bad breath.

Tastes great
Hard to pin down the flavor exactly, but like a vanilla candy sorta creaminess with either mild peppermint if you let it slowly dissolve or a decent hit of peppermint if you chew it. Tastes great and the mint feeling sticks around in your mouth afterwards. There is a slight chalky flavor, very minor and didn’t bother me at all, but it’s not quite the same as a mint candy. There’s a footnote that the 7 billion CFU is at time of manufacture, and that you can refrigerate it to maximize the shelf life, so it’s gonna be less by the time you get it as they definitely haven’t been storing it refrigerated, but it doesn’t seem like they’ve done any studies on the half life. I’d expect this mint form isn’t as good for preserving the probiotics as a capsule or something. The best by date on my bottle was almost two years out however. Regardless it works well just as a mint anyway and the xylitol is good for reducing mouth bacteria. I guess that ties into why they’ve included a tongue scraper, which is still kind of random but it’s a nice tongue scraper (metal) and I guess it’s “free” so why not. Also appreciate that the product is made in the US.

Support Your Oral Microbiome
This oral probiotic tastes okay and the included tongue scraper is a nice touch. I do not like the flavor as much as other brands of oral probiotic, but that is totally a personal taste preference. Unlike general probiotics, this oral probiotic is meant to built your oral microbiome not just your gut microbiome. So, to get the best use you have to let it dissolve in your mouth and maybe swish it around in your mouth. I am not sure how widely applicable the results are, bit for me, taking oral probiotic helped clear the bad breath I experienced for weeks after major dental work. If you experience bad breath even though your teeth are in good shape, this oral probiotic is worth a try.

Another tool for better breath
I’ll review each piece of this set separately, since they can be used alone or together. The tongue scraper is easy to hold and use, and very quick to clean. It works very well (disgustingly well) to clean gunk off your tongue. I brush my tongue after brushing my teeth, but I still got plenty of gunk out of my tongue with the scraper. It seems to help my mouthwash do a better job, and my mouth feels fresher when I wake up.The probiotic lozenges are a new idea to me, but they make sense. The flavor is pleasantly minty, not overpowering, with a creamy or milky undertone. I try to let the dissolve slowly, but seem to crunch them up after a few minutes. They definitely help with coffee-breath, too.

Great tongue scraper
The teeth scrapper that this set comes with is made out of metal and is a bit sharp. It is not sharp enough the hurt if used gently but if you use any kind of real force you my cut your tongue. The scraper worked well and helped me turn my tongue from whitish back to a normal pink color. The tablets tasted like a sweet mild mint and uses xylitol as the main sweetener. I did not see anything on the ingredients list a health conscious person would be concerned about. So far, the tablets have not helped me get rid of bad breathe but I will give an update in a few weeks.

Probiotics Care?
I think these oral probiotics could have done a little more in regards to my breath. It tastes good, but does not do well to keep my oral health feel stronger.

Oral Health Probiotic Chewable Tablets (60 count)
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed that my usual oral health routine isn’t quite enough. I’m eager to try anything that will help keep my breath fresh and reduce any foul taste. This oral health probiotic comes in chewable tablets that have a slight mint taste. It’s not a burst of freshness, but the main function are the probiotics. Also comes with a tongue scraper. The bottle contains 60 tablets and the indications are one to two per day. The outer box and bottle label indicate that the product is manufactured FOR Tuthi, which is based in Florida. But it doesn’t say specifically WHERE the product is manufactured. The listing price of $12.99 seems decent for a 30 to 60 day supply, plus the tongue scraper.

Seems working, will consume further
Seems working a little bit, but not very easy on stomach. I have better breath right now in the morning, but remember to take it with meal.
