I have lots of baby hairs all over my scalp
Started taking this in replace of the Viscal brand and it works just as well. I shedded lots of hair due to stress, hormonal changes (birth control), and scalp psoriasis. Obviously while I took control of my stress, steadying my hormonal levels, and managing my psoriasis; this supplement gave me a boost with my hair regrowth. Itâs still not as thick as it used to be but with all my baby hairs growing all over my scalp, Iâm hopeful.

Intestinal issues
I bought these because they didnât list iron as an ingredient. They still upset my stomach/intestines pretty badly. I took them for a month & just stopped. If my intestinal issues are from something else, Iâll update in a week or so. Iâm pretty sure these are the cause

I was ill and stressed and experiencing a lot of hair loss. Hair loss has been a problem in the past when experiencing stress. I’ve used Nutrafol which was very helpful but requires 4 capsules and is more expensive.I now use Hair Growth Complex (only requires 2 capsules) and Dr Berg’s Scalp & Hair Serum which has been very helpful. Took about 2 months but now have very little hair loss and see baby hair around hair line. The hair serum does not leave hair oily and has left my dry, fine, damaged hair feeling healthy… such a relief after trying so many products.Different products work for different people but the Hair Growth Complex together with the Dr. Berg Scalp & Hair Serum has been very helpful for me.Also, use Prime MD Liquid Collagen Peptides for Women – Complex with Biotin Vitamin, Hydrolyzed Keratin Protein and Saw Palmetto which appears to be VERY helpful
