This stuff is amazing. I work night shift and I wake up a lot during the day (even when taking 6mg melatonin gummies). I seen this product advertised on TV and wow. It really works. It winds me down and helps me fall asleep easier and it helps me sleep SO good- Just like I sleep during the night (naturally) on my nights off, maybe even better! I donât wake up near as often during the day when I take Nite Thru. And I cannot express how deep and relaxing my sleep has become since Iâve started taking this melatonin product. I also wake up feeling more refreshed and well rested, where as before I wanted to lay in bed all evening until my next shift! I canât recommend this stuff enough.

Does Nothing
I admit I’m a tough case for sleep. Several people I know recommended this product. They said it worked like a charm. I have been trying it for about a week and it hasn’t done a thing. My mind runs at 100 mph when my head hits the pillow. Have tried other types of melatonin, the CBD stuff, etc. Nothing really works excpet honest to goodness prescription meds, which I take only rarely because they can lose their effectiveness if taken too frequently and may be habit forming in addtion. So I just put up with restless nights. Can’t blame it on age, since I’ve been that way for decades. Can’t blame it on booze. Whether I drink or not makes no difference. Can’t blame it on caffein, since I never take any. Horse feathers!

Worked for me!
I was hesitant cause the other reviews deem the product to be hit or miss. I’ve tried many different sleeping aids (natural, over the counter and prescription) and this one still works consistently for me. I’m almost down to the end of the first bottle I bought and one pill still puts me to sleep within 30-40 minutes after I take it. Even if I wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I’m able to fall back asleep fairly quickly. Other things I’ve tried before end up working/reacting slower and slower the longer I’ve used the product and/or force me to up my dosage which I try not to do. Ordered a second bottle since it has and continues to work great for me.
