Just bought this after reading many of the reviews which seemed to be very positive but a few people complaining about a change in formulation. I contacted customer services and they received this reply from the manufacturer which i was very impressed with:”This particle is the effective component, Azelaic Acid (Azelaic Acid is a white to slightly yellow monoclinic prismatic crystal, needle-like crystal, or powder. It is in a solid crystalline state at room temperature). So when you feel these crystal particles, it is Azelaic Acid. It can be absorbed after massaging, so it is normal.First, let me provide some information. Azelaic Acid is not completely soluble in water and oil, and it only works at higher concentrations. The solubility of Azelaic Acid in water at 27â is only 0.24% by weight, and it is even lower in cold water. The solubility increases significantly above 65â, but when the temperature drops, it immediately crystallizes. Azelaic Acid dispersed in cosmetics not only causes poor stability of the cream, but also can result in grittiness due to poor emulsification and solubility. So, the Azelaic Acid in your formulation is not dissolved but directly dispersed.We will upgrade the emulsification process to better encapsulate the Azelaic Acid in the cream. We will also request the Azelaic Acid supplier to provide us with smaller particle sizes of Azelaic Acid from the source, ensuring more uniform dispersion and avoiding the gritty sensation, thus improving the stability of the cream.”In summary it seems the crystals in the product are the suspended azelaic acid but depending on the temperature they could be softer or harder. I’m guessing the people with the hard crystals might have needed to warm it up a bit first. I have started using it and mine is really smooth and goes on nicely, the particles seem more like soft flakes to me which absorb into the skin just fine. After a few days use i can tell it’s working but think it’ll take a couple more weeks to get the full effect. I marked it down slightly because i don’t think it’s necessary to be scented even though it’s not a strong scent i would rather it was fragrance free. Overall I’m very happy with it and will continue using it.

As someone who has dealt with unsightly skin issues for years, I struggled with finding products that actually do anything to help. From bio oils, body scrubs, exfoliants, medical grade cleansers, African black soap, aloe vera, you name it, I’ve probably tried it. But this stuff actually gave me results that bring my confidence back! Unfortunately, my skin condition is forever, but this will at least keep my skin baby soft and helps to manage it better than most products out there. ð I highly recommend it and will be purchasing more soon! ð (For anyone wondering, my skin condition is a mild form of HS, or hydradenitis suppurativa. While I can’t say it’s a miracle drug that clears everything up, I can at least say it will help to manage it and make your skin feel touchable again ð)

Ich habe die Creme jetzt mehrmals bestellt und war am Anfang sehr skeptisch.Man hat ja doch schon einiges ausprobiert.Ich habe die Creme für den Bereich Beine und Po verwendet um 1. Pickelnarben und andere Vernarbungen aufzuhellen 2. Pickel und Pickel bildung zu reduzieren. Die Creme riecht nicht sonderlich ansprechend, da bin ich ehrlich aber für den Zweck wollen wir ja auch keine Duftstoffe in dem Sinn drin haben sondern, dass die Zusammensetzung der Säuren etc der Haut hilft. In der Creme sind Kügelchen enthalten die auf der Haut zwar anheften aber beim einmassieren dann sich ablösen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Kugeln als Peeling dienen um abgestorbene Hautschuppen abzutragen. Nach ca 4 Wochen und regelmäÃiger täglicher Anwendung habe ich einen deutlichen Unterschied gesehen. Manche Personen beschreiben hier ein brennen oder verschlimmern des Hautbildes. Das ist völlig normal solang eure Gesichtshälfte sich nicht anfühlt wie abgebrannt ð denn die Säure holt den ganzen Dreck aus euren Poren raus. Das Gefühl verschwindet aber bald wieder. Die Creme zieht schnell ein und fettet nicht.Ich habe innerhalb kürzester Zeit mein Ziel erreicht und hab nun glatte Baby Haut. ð¥°
