Alert, calm, and does the job
I am new to caffeine pills. I purchased my first set of caffeine pills from a different company on amazon and liked them well enough but I wanted to try a caffeine pill with l-theanine. I have been using these for 2 months and think that I have given it a good shot for an honest review.Though I don’t know all the benefits of L-Theanine, what I do know is that it helps to feel less anxious and more relaxed. I definitely need that and I feel that. Coworkers have commented that I don’t look stressed (even if I am internally). I am not as bothered as I typically would be.I am an RN, have 4 kids, and i typically rely on caffeine to make it through the day. I am drinking less coffee because of these caffeine pills. I take one at 5:30AM before my shift with my vitamins and then I head to work. During my lunch break I take another pill and I am set for my 12 hour shift. I am drinking more water, don’t feel sluggish, am not jittery, and sleep well at night. I was nervous about trying caffeine pills – fear that I would get addicted or just the concept of taking pills for energy was weird…but my fears are abated. I am energized and don’t take the pills on my days off from work, so not addicting.

Perfect mix, just enough caffeine
I like how it is 100mg caffeine. Most raw caffeine you get in the pharmacy section is 200mg, which is okay too but sometimes itâs too much or you want to control it. The l-theanine really does seem to control any jitteriness too. I take it when I need a pick me up at work instead of coffee or a monster and also before I go to the gym I will take one along with a drink made of pure creatine and beta-alanine instead of some random brand of preworkout. Itâs just the right amount of energy and pump you need to hit your heavy weights early and then not having your heart rate up for the rest of your workout. Canât beat the value on it, especially if you compare it to the same caffeine youâd get from buying coffee or energy drinks everyday.

Works well, cheap, convenient dosage, and no jitters!
I like that this is only 100mg, as a lot of the other options seem to be 200mg, which can tend to be a bit much.Very solid energy from these, not jittery at all, no troubles sleeping so I would assume the dosage is as described. On sale when I purchased, and at $10 it’s MUCH cheaper than the energy drinks I was drinking before.

If you’re goal is caffeine, it’s the best source out there.
I’ve been gently nursing a caffeine addiction for the past couple of years. Tea is my favorite but a little on the weak side, energy drinks give you a nice buzz but also an accompanying crash and anxiety, and coffee only tastes good to me with lots of creamer on cold days. These give you a good concentrated buzz that’s stronger than tea, without the lingering after taste of coffee, without the sugar, without the anxiety, it lasts longer and doesn’t make you crash. You don’t have to constantly sip on it; it’s just one or two and done. It’s cheaper than any of these for the amount of caffeine as well.I wish there was one that was 2:1 caffeine:theanine for a bit more pronounced caffeine effect but still enough theanine to keep the edge off. The brand mentions that it’s third party tested but it doesn’t share any of these results from what I can find. The pills can make me a bit nauseas on an empty stomach but that’s something I experience with any source of caffeine.

Alert focus with no jitters
If youâre tired of gushing cash on coffees or energy drinks, then this is a great savings to get the same alert focus with no jitters and at a fraction of the cost. Good bye energy drinks. Iâm saving my money for more sports equipment and getting any extra boost I need from Nutricost.

Good but dont take too many
Good alternative for non coffee drinkers and dangerous energy drinks. Make sure you don’t take over 2 in one day

Haven’t really noticed a difference
I purchased these to help me focus during exam season and have been using them for about two weeks. I didnât notice a significant boost in energy, so it might just be a placebo effect. That said, Iâve been running on 4-5 hours of sleep, which could be overpowering the effects of the caffeine pills.

I find that compared to energy drinks, this takes effect quite smoothly and doesn’t give me a caffeine crash. I did notice that I have been having headaches since I’ve started taking them, I don’t know if its just me or if its a side effect. It’s not too bad though, I’d rather have a slight headache than suffer from being tired all day.

Ok product. Wrong ratio of caffeine to L-Theanine
