    Does the job.
Works as expected. Helps with breakouts but doesn’t seem to do much to existing blemishes. Good value.

Been working to control my body acne.
I like this soap. Used for almost 2 months now. I use with a long Korean exfoliating towel to get my back and it’s definitely helped with keeping my back acne under control. Use in shower on my face as well, and haven’t had any acne on my face either but I’m older and haven’t had much face acne for many years but I can definitely feel it’s suppressing acne on my face as well, and as I said wherever I use on my body. Hasn’t done much to reduce acne already there. But has definitely suppressed new acne from forming and acne already there haven’t gotten worse or enlarged which is often a problem with many acne meds/cleansers for me. For example salicylic acid cleaners tend to make my acne worse and irritate my skin. Most benzoyl peroxide creams also. Not this soap. My skin feels ever so slightly drier(not at all in a bad way)and less oily. As I saw other commenters say, it seems to control body odor well too. If I have a complaint, it’s this: the bar dissolves too easily in the shower. I feel like a third of the bar gets wasted from just the shower water hitting it and melting it away. Do not have it sit in any place where water pools, or you’ll come back to find half of it melted. Wish it stayed more solid and less Melty. But otherwise I’m a fan of this soap. Wish I had in my teenage years. Wouldn’t have had all the acne and all the little hyperpigmentation acne scars I do today. Not irritating, clean, doesn’t bleach clothes or fabrics like creams, leaves skin feeling clean and not horribly dry, controls new acne formation. Controls body odor as well as most deodorant soap. I recently tried a retinol soap that seemed to make body-odors noticeably worse so that’s not nothing. Easy to use like any shower soap. Hope they don’t stop manufacturing because I’ll use this soap from now on.

    Very good quality.
I love this soap. Really helps give me clearer skin and it helps with b.o. too. It’s great, been using it for a couple or few years now.

    Dry Skin
I have chest and back acne. This helped my back acne but did little to nothing for my chest. Dries out your skin and kills the acne causing bacteria on the surface. I prefer this bar of soap over any body wash. Still on the lookout for products that will help my chest!

    AMAZING!
I’ve been waiting all week to write this review! I started noticing a difference on day three! I’ve struggled with painful acne underneath my armpits for around 6-7 years now. I accepted defeat long ago but recently found some courage to try again. I read somewhere about someone using Benzyl Peroxide soap AND Glycolic Acid resurfacing pads ( I use QRx Labs from Amazon) and had to give it a try. And OMG. I finally found a cure to my painful acne. I jump in the shower once a day, lather up my armpits, let it sit for a min or two. I lightly exfoliate with my exfoliating mitt (every other shower) – not too much to agitate my skin. Then I hop out and tap my skin dry with a towel and then use the glycolic acid pads (I think these wipes are the KEY). I don’t put my clothes on until it’s dried. I don’t apply any moisturizer but I probably would if I had acne on my face. It’s pretty drying – I also read that you should apply an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin but the sound of cream on my armpits didn’t sound pleasant lol so I skipped that part. I was hesitant to purchase this soap because of all the warnings about sensitive skin. I have very sensitive skin and it doesn’t bother my skin at all. Just avoid using the glycolic wipes directly in your armpit region – they left my skin pretty irritated lol. It’s worth the $8! The pictures I attached are before treatment and 8 days/9 washes later! 8 DAYS! I can imagine one more week and it will be completely gone! Amazing!

    Only ok
This only made my skin feel dry and did not help clear any of my blemishes, I also think the soap bar itself ran out fast and was prone to “melting” in the shower even if I had it in a draining type soap tray or didn’t use it at all. Overall I would say overpriced and isn’t effective.

    Actually works pretty well!
I’ve tried a lot of things over the years for my skin to try and rid it of stubborn gross acne. Unfortunately for me I tend to get it on my back, chest, upper arms, stomach and recently it seems to have migrated to my forearms for whatever reason, never had that be an issue before. I had enough now that my little issue was becoming visible so I decided to try this soap out. I’ve tried a lot of stuff over the last 10+ years and have had little success, but I’ve never tried a soap before so I figured why not try this out.And pleasantly, and very much to my surprise, this soap has actually made a rather large impact on my skin! Over the last month of using it, the gross pus filled acne that had spread to my forearms has ceased and it’s significantly reduced the acne I’ve been battling forever on the rest of my body! Now it hasn’t completely rid me of these unfortunate blemishes 100%, I still seem to have issues with some stubborn black heads on my upper arms and back but those are nothing compared to the big gross acne outbreaks I was getting and that to me is a huge victory! So if you’re having trouble with acne, I think you should at least give this soap a shot, use it every day when you shower, and only use it on problem spots to make it last, I’ve had it for almost a month and maybe used like 30% of the bar so far. It DOES dry your skin out, so be sure to put lotion on when you start to dry out and you’ll be fine.I’d say the worst bit about it is it doesn’t smell great, smells very medically if that makes sense, but that’s not what this soap is for, I’ve been using it with another body wash that does smell good to counter act it!

Good alternative to discontinued pharmacy brand
Seems like Walgreens have stopped stocking Benzoyl Peroxide bar soap, but this is a solid alternative. Lasts a good few weeks with daily use as long as you store it on a good soap dish where it can drain. Keeps acne in check on face, neck, head, and body without drying too much. If you’re new to using, maybe start with only once per day and rinsing very well.

It’s really strong soap but at the same time it didn’t strip your skin off! Smells exactly like a normal dove soap! Better than panoxyl cleanser! it gave me a better results!

Noticeable difference in bacne control but this bar dissolved really quick; much faster than the average bar of soap of a similar mass. It works but at this price it’s an expensive treatment.
