These vitamins work!
These vitamins have completely transformed my hair! I have minimal shedding after the shower, and it is much thicker. It has also grown from a short cut. I have been on these vitamins for about ten months. It takes a good three months to notice a difference. They are expensive, so I recommend buying in bulk. I also use the shampoo and conditioner which are equally as great!

I did notice a difference.
Within the first 2 weeks, I noticed my hair looked and felt healthy. It was not as dull. It was so soft, the softest my hair has ever been, so soft curls would not hold. Even the ends of my hair were smoother. My hair did somewhat fill in where I had some hair loss. I Iook forward to buying another 90 day supply. One down side; when you stop taking the vitamin for a long period of time your hair may go back to the state it was in prior to taking the vitamin. I just started them again and will write another review in 60 days.
