This is Caffeine done right!
I think the best way to use caffeine is to be deliberate and use it modestly when needed. I really like the smooth delivery compared to other products, it is not a huge difference but it is worth it. My only complaint is that the pills are 100mg dose, I wish the pills were 50mg dose, so I can take a little less. right now I split the capsules which is fine.The biggest difference w/ normal caffeine pills is that initial hit of caffeine when you take it is a little milder, the overall duration of the caffeine still seems to be the normal half life of 4-5 hours, but again I think it is worth it. I like to take the 50mg, then take another in about 2.5 hours, gives me a real smooth zone. I prefer this to taking a L-Theanine blanket to solve the smooth delivery, I have found L-Theanine to cause a crash when the caffeine wears off on the tail end which I do not like so I prefer that to be low or not present like in this product, but I do prefer the 50mg dose wish they offered that, people who like more can take two.

I bought these to have on hand when I couldn’t make a coffee happen, to avoid the caffeine headache the next morning. The idea seems okay, and the product apparently okay, also (from the sales page verbiage).But, boy, the side effects of these guys is very unpleasant. The product makes me feel terrible. When I had to take 2 of them to completely cover my caffeine needs of the day, they basically wrecked 2 days of my life. They made my body feel terrible, they still gave me a headache, though a different kind of headache than a no-caffeine headache, and made my head and thinking very foggy. I will be throwing them away. I would not recommend them to anybody.My main takeaway from this experience is to make sure that I am never without a real coffee in the morning ~ to stay on top off my coffee requirements. And, no, I don’t want to become a caffeine-free person… Good coffee is one of the pure joys of life, not to be missed.

I donât know what else to say other than the product works as advertised! No sudden jolt of energy, no significant crash, just a few hours of boosted energy. I mainly really like this product because it gives me the same caffeine boost I would normally get from an energy drink, but this is a fraction of the price compared to the number of drinks youâd have to buy to get the same amount of caffeine. It also allows me to drink water instead of an energy drink and saves on calories and sugar.
