Smooth energy
I really like this product for one reasonâgives me smooth energy. I usually only use about 1/3 to 1/2 at a time. I am constantly searching for something with caffeine that won’t make me jittery and/or upset my stomach. Believe it or not this is the only product that fills the bill. I’ve tried various coffee and tea drinks that purport to not leave one jittery or make stomach feel nervous, but no luck. Also I’ve tried many different kinds of tablets and powders. I have no idea why this one is so smooth. I’m not really wanting all the extra vitamins as I already eat a very healthy diet and use some supplements. The taste isn’t that great but I often mix it with a little something else.

I work night shift and usually need some sort of extra boost of energy around 2 am. Being that it is winter right now, and there is sickness going around, I thought the Emergen-C with energy would be a good one to try. The box arrived damaged but the contents inside were fine. The individual packets are nice for tossing in my purse or work bag. I mixed one in a glass bottle of about 16oz of cold water. I tossed that into my bag to drink later in the night. When I poured it out into a cup several hours later, I noticed there was quite a bit of ‘sediment’ in there. It wasn’t gritty so I’m really not sure what it was. It tasted great though. It is a nice, light, pleasant taste. It isn’t overly sweet and doesn’t taste at all like an energy drink. It also does not taste strongly of green tea. It just tastes like a light fruity beverage is the only way that I can think to describe it. As far as the energy boost, it did help a little. I normally drink quite a bit of caffeine, so I have a high tolerance. This of course, did not work as well as an energy drink. But it is a nice change from them. So, this would be perfect for someone looking to avoid energy drinks or that just needs a little pick me up with healthy ingredients. I really like this product and will be ordering more in the future.

Weak energy boost, filled with sugar
This was not what I thought. I found it to be too sweet so I finally checked it and noticed that the first ingredient is fructose and it’s got 7 grams of sugar. That’s totally unnecessary for a health product. The energy boost is mild at best and almost unnoticeable, so I don’t plan to get this again. I got it initially as I thought it was would be a healthier energy boost alternative.

Taste like orange rinds and work amazingly!
The flavor blatantly says orange zest, which is the rind of the orange and exactly what these taste like. It is a bitter taste with plenty of sugar to handle the bitter. If you like candied orange rinds, you will love these like I do. Unfortunately they are out of stock everywhere! They work fantastic. Iâve been using these for a while, all sorts of thyroid issues going on, and Iâve been dependent on these for about 2 years now. They work! Trying regular Emergen-C now to see if it will even gets close. Also for those of you that threw the bottles away bc the seal was open, you can hear the seal breaking when you open the lid, seems more like a design change. Whether it was intentional or not, I canât believe they wasted all of those. Iâm just praying that this is just a production slow down and that theyâre coming back.
