A Healthy Way to Hydrate
I heard about this product on a podcast and decided to try. Wanted to have a healthier alternative to the fake sugars and dyes my teens were putting in their water. So far, we have tried the pink lemonade and orange flavors and both taste amazing. Comes in portable packets and recommended to mix with 8 to 16 oz of water. The flavors are subtle and taste natural. I’m happy to be done with the fake sweetener packets. This is a much healthier option for those who are active and want to stay hydrated.

Excellent flavor and great for recovery
I am a heavy whoop user and fitness idiot. I track my heart rate variability religiously and with SOTE I simply recover. It doesn’t matter if I was up all night, ran a marathon, or drank my face off. This works.I have tried LMNt and liquid iv and they don’t work for me because they taste terrible and I can’t bring myself to drink it. Sote tastes great and works. Buy some!

DELICIOUS NEW FLAVOR!!! I love their products. I drink it every day for my hot yoga classes, surfing, triathlons, or any workout. Also great before a night out so that I don’t feel awful the next day.Could not recommend more. The flavor is better than anything else out there and I am PRing in my workouts with Salt of the Earth.
