Helps with greasy hair/scalp and smells amazing!
For someone who has sensitive scalp & greasy hair/scalp. I was very skeptical about it. After using this product every 2 days of washing hair it works wonders, i can definitely tell the difference between this shampoo than the others I have tried throughoutthe years. This lemon sage is the best one yet! Smells Amazing, makes your hair feel clean and no greasy residue! its a 9/10 for me! Next time I’ll be buying a bigger bottle.

Nice Smelling Shampoo
I actually purchased this shampoo twice but I’m not so sure it is the right shampoo for my hair. I’m in my mid-50s and always had oily hair even though I wash it every day. Since I have been dealing with menopause symptoms my hair is super oily and doesn’t stay clean. I wash my hair in the morning, but by the afternoon it is already getting oily. This product seems to be a quality shampoo but I think it is too heavy for my thin hair. I prefer my shampoos to be CLEAR, no oils, and not too heavy. That being said, I’m still using this shampoo hopefully the results will get better.

Good Product, but
The shampoo and conditioner helps with oily hair, but the bottles are too small. I have very thick hair and the amount of shampoo and conditioner needed to clean my hair, makes this purchase a waste of money for me. The shampoo is extremely thick and doesn’t disperse across the head easily and down to the scalp. The smell is delightful though, as long as you like the smell of sage and I like that it’s natural.

Solved my problem
I’ve always had oily hair but a few months ago it started to get out of control. I went from washing my hair every other day to washing it every day because by the time I got home the day after I had washed it, it was already extremely oily. I started trying different shampoos for oily hair but didn’t notice any improvement. I drove a long way to the only retailer in my area that sells a popular drugstore brand’s weekly shampoo for super oily hair. It claimed it should be used just once a week because it would really remove excess oil and wouldn’t be safe to use more frequently. Well, nothing. Didn’t work. I could use it every day and my hair would be just as oily. So I decided to do a search here on Amazon and see what I could find. This one caught my eye because it had very good reviews and the testimonials were from people who had the same problem I had and it had worked for them. I decided to purchase the smaller size just to see if it worked. The first time I tried it, the scent was a little strange. Not bad, just not what I’m used to. A little herbal mixed with something else I can’t describe. I followed the instructions and lathered and left it on for 3 minutes and repeated. I only apply conditioner to the ends. When I blow dried it, I had to struggle a little at first detangling it but now I just take a minute to detangle it before brushing it and blow drying it. I was surprised when my hair stayed decent for almost 3 days! And I’m talking fresh, not just so so or just a little bit sticky. If I had sprayed a little dry shampoo, I could have gone one more day without washing my hair but my normal routine is every other day so I didn’t feel comfortable without washing. I might try it sometime though. :-)I know how frustrating it is to have extremely oily hair and not being able to fix the problem. And how disgusting it can make you feel. I highly recommend this shampoo if you have that problem. It’s excellent.
