A foaming cleanser that actually works without destroying my skin!
Iâm in my late 20âs and still dealing with the occasional breakout, so I was looking for a cleanser that could prevent and treat acne while being gentle enough for my adult skin – especially in the winter. My acne typically responds well to salicylic acid, but a lot of the cleansers I used when I was younger are way too harsh now.To be honest, Iâm not a huge fan of foaming washes in general. Iâve always felt like they didnât actually clean my face well enough. But this one surprised me. The âslipâ and lather it has is closer to a gel cleanser in terms of how effectively it cleans, but it leaves my skin soft and hydrated instead of tight and dry. My face feels clean but not stripped, which is a rare balance to find.Oh, and the smell is amazing. Itâs light but refreshing.If youâre looking for a cleanser thatâs effective on adult acne without being too harsh, this is it. Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive or acne-prone skin, especially if youâve been burned (literally or figuratively) by harsher products in the past.

Great product, subpar dispenser
I keep buying this because itâs so gentle and easy on you skin while still feeling super clean. And Iâd give it a solid 5 stars if theyâd just spend a tad more on the bottle and especially the top/dispenser. It almost always has an issue. As the product is used there is no air release when you pump, so instead of rich foam you get soapy bubbles. And it still works, but really? The dispensing also starts to create a vacuum so the bottle pulls its own sides in and makes it more difficult to pump. This is super easy product design. Call up literally any of the other hundreds of companies whoâve nailed it.

Something I would repurchase
I try out many face washes which has ultimately weakened my skin barrier. I was looking for something simple and acne safe since i was going to re do my entire skincare routine. This is so lightweight and has not broken me out. My skin feels softer afterwards and not stripped my face dry.
