I absolutely love this!
This balm reminds me of the original Ojon hair treatment, if you loved that like I did then youâll love this one! This smells just like it, with a smoky chocolate scent. I use this as a hair treatment and also works great on dry, chapped skin.

Me encanto
No queda grasoso . Y tiene un olor muy agradable.

Great Product
Smells great, not overly powering. This works similarly to castor oil but the batana oil sinks into my hair. I live in a humid area so it tames my fizziness quite well. I have unbleached thick, straight hair.

Good to have.
I like this product, but I should have reviewed the ingredients a bit more prior to purchase.

My Hair Loves This! And I Love the Scent!
I’ve been dealing with dry, brittle hair, and decided to try batana oil. I’m so glad I did! The nutty, warm scent is lovely, and after a few weeks of use, my hair feels noticeably softer and healthier.

This product was questionable to me
I wanted to use batana oil because although I have always had hair fall out when Iâm in the shower it seems like thereâs way more that comes out than usual the older I get. I was disappointed to find that the ingredients doesnât say âbatana oilâ in particular. It says Pure âAmericanâ Palm Nut Kernal Oil (Elaeis oleifera). So also this is not from Honduras. So if you go by the pictures on the Amazon site, it is a little deceiving to me, but if you scroll and look at the description it does say it is made in the USA.Because of all the good reviews, I wanted to give this a try. I mixed globs of this with some coconut oil to get through my hair more easily. While I was doing this a lot of my hair was being pulled out, but I assume itâs hair that was going to come out anyways eventually, but idk if this was considered normal. I left it in with the shower cap on for about an hour and 30 minutes. My scalp was burning up a little bit, but I kept it on anyways which was my decision. There is a caution label on there that says discontinue use if irritation occurs. So after my shower, my hair was a little better. I use fragrance free products. I put some leave-in-conditioner and hair food oil in my hair afterwards. And my hair is alright, not bad, but not great. It was not what I was expected. Iâm literally looking for astonishing results where I can say my hair is so soft and nourished and I donât think I can say that with this. So far my hair feels more thin, just not so full, but I think thatâs just because of the process I just did and I think if I use real batana oil over time, my hair could get fuller, but itâs still kind of softer and nicer though. Anyways, I donât think Iâm going to use this anymore. I want real âbatana oilâ from âHondurasâ that I can be sure about.

Helps to soften hair
I am a repeat buyer as my hair is very dry and it does help to soften hair but my Georgiemane helps way more. Both are great if you have very dry hair which happened after menopause.

The smell is incredible, someone here said the smell is off putting and smells like banana and coffee ð off putting they said. Well maybe I guess for some people it is but for me, bring on the banana coffee as a matter of fact I may try a banana coffee drink one day soon. It smells amazing and I hope to see results

The moment I put it on my hair, I knew immediately it was fake as it was more a cream rather than oil. Washed it off immediately. Totally fake

Itâs a hair mask and no pure oil. Increased hair loss for me.
