I will always buy this
This is about my 3rd or 4th time buying this product. My eyes are super sensitive to most facial sunscreens and as soon as it starts to melt, I feel like I’ve been maced! But I also burn very easy so I have to use something! I use this as a setting spray initially when I put on my make-up but then I throw it in my bag and quickly and easily spray and reapply throughout the day if I am in the sun. This product is conveniently sized to do that. I’m telling you I have tried a bunch of high priced face sun protection and this still gets my vote every time!

I like it!
I use this instead of the ever-popular âall-nighterâ setting spray, and I like the added sun protection of this one.Word to the wise thoughâ¦do NOT get in eyes, and use BEFORE doing your eye makeup!I have to hold my breath for a few seconds because it smells a bit strong, but I do like this one. It sets my makeup really well, and because of the dry climate here and getting older, I rarely use powder to set my makeup, and instead just spray this to set it. It works! Does not transfer!

Great spf refresher
Iâve been using the e.l.f. SPF spray lately, and honestly, itâs a must have. Itâs perfect for a quick refresher over makeup when Iâm out and about and want to make sure Iâm not getting burned. The mist is super fine, so it doesnât mess up my makeup or leave any weird residue. It just feels light and refreshing, like a little pick-me-up without the greasy sunscreen feel. Plus, itâs SPF 50, so I feel pretty good about staying protected. Itâs super easy to toss in my bag and use whenever, making it one of those âwhy didnât I think of this sooner?â products.

SPF 45 sun protection!
In general, it is surprising how terrific ELF products are for their relatively low cost. I like the idea of that extra sun protection in this setting spray as the top layer on my face. The fine mist feels great and I hope 3 sprays is enough to cover and protect. I did notice that on first contact my skin stung a bit for a very short while.However, I did have trouble with the sprayer after about 3 days of using it. The sprayer on it is not the best and quit delivering a fine mist and instead put it out in droplets. I tried rinsing the stem and the spray nozzle out with hot water in case something was gummed up, but that didn’t work. Also tried a small needle in the end and that failed. After that I gave up and transferred it to another spray bottle.I’d buy this product again, but keep my extra spray bottle close.

WARMING: it’s oily on the skin.
I hated this so much! It smells, it burns the eyes and it is oily on the skin. I have oily skin and this was just not good for my skin. I use the Nivea water gel SPF 50 sunscreen before my makeup and thought this would be a nice way to finish my makeup as a setting spray and added sunscreen. NOPE. WRONG. It was so oily I had to dab my skin with a cotton pad. And even after that it was still oily on my skin. I could not wait until I got home to take this off my face. I have found most setting spray and sunscreen combos are oily. Beware that you can not return most setting spray with sunscreen if you buy it on Amazon. Amazon will not let you. Waste of money.

This is what I needed
I am photosensitive, and also a remarkably fabulous vain old bird. *COMPLETE* sun protection is absolutely vital to protect me from the sun poisoning I am very prone to. This product not only allows me to reapply adequate SPF sunblock over my existing gorgeous makeup, it helps to fix and preserve that makeup too. I have sensitive skin and I can use this spray safely without a reaction. It’s affordable but not “cheap” and I am very satisfied with this purchase. I will not only buy this again, I now consider it an essential must-have that I can’t live without. I absolutely love this product.

This is fantastic. I like to reapply my spf every two hours – this isnât possible when wearing makeup.However I brought this thinking I had found a game changer – I have!!This spf spray is amazing, it does not change or move the makeup on my face, it is a light mist, which doesnât feel sticky or thick.I have used this already on some hot days in the UK and it has not disappointed me at all.(I have oily to combination skin – this works great for me). Highly recommend!!

This wasnât what I thought it was at all. I wanted a make-up setting spray with SPF in it i.e. one that you spray over the top of your make up to set it. But the instructions for this say to spray it before you put make up on. So as far as Iâm concerned thatâs not a setting spray. Itâs a primer at best, and simply sunscreen at worst. Iâm also not allowed to get a refund on it for reasons I canât completely fathom as I havenât even taken it out of the box (it seems to be something to do with the fact that itâs an aerosol which apparently means you canât get your money back). I havenât tried the product itself. Iâm sure it works very well but itâs not what I wanted and I think itâs being missold. So make sure you know what youâre getting before you buy.
