Gel Dispensing Mechanism Does Not Work ***Updated Review
To get gel onto the brush, you have to click a button on the bottom of the pen. One pen does not work at all. I am using the second pen with great difficulty because the button keeps getting stuck in the “up” position. Since it doesn’t return to the down position readily, you can’t click it again to dispense more gel. Previously I had used another brand of pens that had a bottom you had to turn to dispense the gel. This was much easier but I wasn’t able to find them again on amazon. I will keep looking for those. ***Update- Company read review, contacted me and apologized. Sent me a full refund. Very nice and helpful communication. The gel I was able to use does work well in brightening. I will definitely buy this again in the future. Thank you very much for making it right.

New packaging inferior
Iâve used these pens for a long time and liked them, but the packaging was recently changed and not for the better. The tubes before had a twist bottom and were transparent so you could see how much product was remaining. The newer tubes are not see through, so they are empty with no warning. If you have no more, you would have to order and wait a week or so before receiving a new batch. Also, instead of the previous twist bottom, the newer tubes have a button at the base that you have to click to get the gel out. The button is a nuisance to use and often gets stuck so you have to bang it on a countertop to get it unstuck. Sometimes even that doesnât work. Eventually, the button stays closed, which is apparently the sign that the tube is empty. Is it? How would you know?

Burns your gums and upper lips
I loved the way it whitened my teeth but then noticed after a couple uses my upper lip was blistered and wanting to peel – so I only used it on my bottom teeth and low and behold my bottom lip started peeling like after a sunburn . I wanted this product to work bad but itâs way too harsh .

Easy and Works!
This was very easy to use and it works! Teeth are definitely whiter. No teeth sensitivity either and I always get that with other whitening products. I did the 14 day regimen and the 1 pen I used still has stuff in it. I keep them in the fridge as they recommend.

Anfangs hatte ich meine Zweifel ob so etwas überhaupt wirklich Wirkung zeigt bzw. funktionieren mag. Auf Gut Glück habe ich mir das Set bestellt und benutze es jetzt seid ca. einer Woche täglich. Ich bin erstaunt und positiv überrascht! Tatsächlich werden sämtliche Rückstände wie beispielsweise Kaffee oder Nikotin beseitigt und die Zähne werden heller! Ich kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen auszuprobieren! Viele Bewertungen schreiben das es nicht funktioniert würde weil das Gel nicht aus dem Stift kommt. Kleiner Tipp: Geduld! Ein paar Runden mehr drehen, dann kommt das Gel auch 😉

Not sure what I’m missing here, but my experience is that the gel tends to ball up and stay on the brush and is difficult to apply to the teeth. So whilst seems more practical than whitening strips it isn’t. It definitely doesn’t just brush on nicely and whiten your teeth as in the adverts. I guess it’s handy to carry around in your handbag but that’s about it. I probably won’t be buying again
