The 3 Z’s are misleading
I thought I had finally found something that would help me get more adequate sleep but it isn’t much better than any of the others I’ve used. From the reviews, I was excited because I use a few of the other products by the same company and they work great. I’ve taken up to 3 and was tempted to take 4 but didn’t want to push it. At 3, I didn’t feel anymore than 1. I felt the same exact way. Completely disappointed ð

I sleep so well and on this product! I was surprised that such a gentle formula works for me. I have anxiety and it kicks up right before falling asleep. This product has helped me to overcome that and it a good nightâs sleep. Iâm also really happy that thereâs no melatonin in this because melatonin can worsen restless legs and it also leaves me feeling groggy and depressed the next day. Great price also!

I love this product because I can not take melatonin. Rest-zzz helps me fall asleep quickly and continue to rest without feeling groggy in the morning. Please note: this is not like a sleeping pill. It will not knock you out for the night. If you wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you will still do that, but you can go back to sleep and feel rested in the morning. Plus, it is an all-natural supplement.
