I love this drink. The taste is great and gives me the energy and focus I need throughout the day. I suggest not drinking after 3 pm if you have a hard time sleeping. The effects of the caffeine tend to stick around for a bit.

Iâve bought the smaller packs of this Jamaica flavor and pineapple flavor 10/10 amazing.I decided to order the large package knowing I liked the taste of the Jamaica one.Unfortunately, I think something is wrong with the package I received or itâs simply old. I pour two different packs and noticed one was a bright pink color and the other was an orange purple color and the orange purple one the powder was hard in clump. I was hoping most of the packages were normal but they arenât. Sadly Iâll be having to throw away the bad because they donât taste good.

I bought this to try out for the caffeine with theanine and vitamin Bs. The caffeine content says 200mg, but I didnât feel the effects compared to taking 100-150mg of caffeine from Amino Energy or a cup of strong black coffee. I am not one with caffeine tolerance, but I found that I had to use 1.5 packets. The taste is great with only 1 gram of sugar. It mixes well with water making for a smooth texture. The price is $30 for 15 packets, which isnât necessarily budget friendly, making it spendy compared to some of the other powdered pre-workouts that also have cleaner ingredients.
