A Little Goes A Long Way
This foams up a lot so you only need to cover half of the toothbrush with it. There is no flavor which is fine with me since I don’t like anything strong. My teeth seem a touch brighter and more polished, but I would not say it whitens. If you use too much there is a very slight aftertaste which goes away quickly.

Hands down this is the best toothpaste I’ve ever used in my life. I’m a crunchy gal, so I use everything humanly possible that is all natural and non-toxic especially in the bathroom. This toothpaste has a gentle flavor yet still has a freshness to it, and my teeth and mouth feel so clean after using this. I was using tooth powder and it really hurt my mouth. This is the opposite of that, it feels very healing and soothing to my mouth. Also seems like it does a great job with plaque because my teeth don’t feel fuzzy ever when I use this toothpaste.Get the toothbrush too, it’s amazing and unlike any you’ve ever used before.

AMAZING!
It doesn’t do much for whitening so if you are getting it for that use something else, but it really improves gum health. My dentist has even noticed and it has removed tooth sensitivity I was having, as well. On tube two- will keep using.
