Lattafa Perfumes Oud Mood for Unisex Eau de Parfum Spray, 3.4 Ounce

My First Relationship with OUD! This LOVE isn’t going anywhere!
I just received my bottle …that EVERYONE LOVES! I’ve been on the edge of my seat waiting to try my OUD adventure! This was noted to be for a beginner, and for the price it was worth the anticipation! I also received Ajayab Dubai Portrait at the same time (see my review).At first smell of OUD MOOD on my wrist I had mixed emotions, but again, first impressions are not always correct. Your scent familiarity becomes accustomed to the familiar, but my mixed emotions wouldn’t let me rest. A reviewer indicated this one is like the original home-grown OUD popular in Dubai, saying it’s very strong and didn’t wash off after a shower but remained a skin scent the next day! I have smelled this on some of my friends but didn’t realize it was OUD. With this said, the OUD in Ajayab Dubai Portrait is like a lovely wave that continues on and on to sultry which is very sexy for evening and I love that it’s not similar to OUD Mood but smoky and nice.I’m not sure OUD Mood has the power’s of attraction for me.I received this package much sooner than expected! I very much appreciate this!UPDATE: After a few days, I have to say I Do LOVE this OUD. I spray just a little on my wrists every morning just for the joy of this beautiful aroma. It is very addictive and lasts 10+ hours on my skin and continues to develop gorgeously on my skin. Sultry and smokey. It’ a love for me. I think the OUD journey should be mandated as therapy for sadness for it’s grounding and uplifting aroma. THANK YOU LATTAFA!

Do Not Blind Buy This Online! (very honest review.)
Recently, I have been getting into the Arabian perfume trend… I have Lattafa Yara Moi and Lattafa Ansaam Gold which is a very similar dupe for Love Killian’s Don’t Be Shy. Whenever I wear both scents I get many compliments. I wear Lattafa Yara Moi in the daytime and Ansaam gold in the evenings. I had purchased Moi in-person and did a blind buy for Ansaam which ended up smelling amazing.Unfortunately after blind buying and smelling Lattafa Oud Mood (after receiving it in the mail,) I wanted to throw up. I really did want to smell like Vanilla, musky, and whatever else the notes are in this EDP but to be honest, this smells horrible. I was told by someone that it smells almost like a barbershop and I couldn’t agree more. It definitely is not feminine as it is a VERY masculine scent. It literally smells like incense and smoke. I have been wearing it for about half an hour to test it out and every time I take a whiff of my wrist I get nauseous. It is very overpowering and too strong for my taste. It is very difficult to purchase Lattafa perfumes online with only reviews to go off of. I had very high hopes for this Oud Mood and am very disappointed. I will keep it however to see if/how I can layer it with other perfumes.If there is any chance were you can find any Lattafa perfumes in person (maybe in like a mall or perfume shop,) it’s better to always test them out (and pretty much any) type of perfume in-person so you see how the scent goes with your body chemistry.

At first I didn’t love this. It smelled nice in the bottle but when it got onto my skin it was just a bit different than I expected. The more I’m smelling this… the more I really love it. What I’ll likely end up using this for is to layer with lighter fragrances to add depth and lasting power to them, but it’s sooooo nice on its own. So warm, VERY strong so you don’t need a whole lot. I can’t stop smelling myself after spraying this now. I’m officially converted, love it. If you don’t like it at first, give it a chance to mature. Either on your skin/clothes or in the bottle, just let it sit for a little while and come back to it. Yes yes yes, I’m sold.😍Update: I definitely use this for layering, as originally anticipated… but this has quickly become one of my favorite perfumes just on its own. It’s not a dupe for anything, in my opinion; stands on its own as a unique and BEAUTIFUL perfume, and it’s super *SUPER* feminine. Already bought a backup bottle for when I run out. I love this so much. If I could give more than five stars, I would. 100/10.

Beautiful packaging. Big bottle. Pleased with the scent goes on mild and lasts long. Not my normal scents I purchase smells a bit floral with a hit of vanilla in my opin but overall happy. Beautiful bottle!!
