Possible headaches…
As with any new supplement, I start with a minimum dose. This product says to take 3 per day (doesn’t say with or without food or water) so I started with 1 per day and all seemed ok after 2 weeks so I bumped it up to 2 per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening both after meals) and again all seemed OK after 2 more weeks. So, then I decided to take the recommended 3 per day, 1 in the morning and 2 after dinner. I immediately experienced headaches after a couple of hours after taking the 2 after my dinner. The headaches last about 4 hours and then all is well. I then decided to stop taking the product and the headaches disappeared. I went 2 weeks without taking any pills and started with 1 per day, then 2 per day and when I again tried 3 per day, the headaches returned. My next experiment will be taking 1 in the morning, 1 with my lunch and 1 with dinner to see if that helps.I normally don’t get headaches at all…

Good value and contains beta sitosterol
Saw palmetto has not shown good results in improving symptoms of an enlarged prostate, but there is some evidence it can help in slowing hair loss. However, this formula also contains beta sitosterol that has been shown in studies to help improve symptoms of an enlarged prostate. This formula is actually a good value versus buying saw palmetto and beta sitosterol separately, which is not usually the case as combo supplements usually cost significantly more. If you’re just looking to improve prostate issues it’d be cheaper just to buy beta sitosterol and forget the saw palmetto, but if you’re also looking to stem hair loss this is a good product.

All I can say is that it is worth spending 3k if you are having problems with prostate and auto immune disease problem

I had recurring prostatitis for 1 year now, and i ve been prescribed antibiotics and alfa blockers many times already. Still the painful symptomes were always there, difficulty and frequent urination, discomfort the whole day, low sex drive bcz of the constant pain. Since day one i have seen 50% imrovment, and 2 days later everything is almost normal. I dont know if this is a permanent treatment or you’re meant to take it for the rest of your life, but at least it works, better then the useless harmful antibiotics and the ugly side effect of alfoo.
