Great start to the day!
This is definitely the cleanest electrolytes Iâve seen and tasted! I love how it has apple cider vinegar in it. With a good shake with water, this mixes up easily and tastes great! I love how it comes in individual packets so itâs super easy on the go and for travelling. Although it is a little more expensive than some other electrolytes, it is a quality product. It is worth the extra few dollars. I would highly recommend these to anyone who needs to stay more hydrated, doesnât love water and something easy to incorporate into their day. As the brand is called morning routine I like to start my day before drinking coffee to have this in 16-20 oz of water. I am hoping this will also help with my headaches as that was my initial reason for getting them and because I know I do not drink enough water throughout the day!

Great choice
Firstly, this drink tastes just like lemonade. It doesnât have any artificial tastes. Stevia is the sweeter but it tastes just like a regular lemonade drink. The apple cider vinegar taste is practically nonexistent too! This is such a great way to start my day or just stay hydrated when Iâm tired of plain water. If youâre contemplating purchasing this, do it. Mixes well, tastes great, clean ingredients and great hydration!

Love this, no sugar and good flavor!
YUM. I like the easy of use of the take and go packets. The flavor is nice too; j was worried about an apple cider vinegar flavor but it wasn’t noticeable at all. Started taking these during pregnancy for added hydration with my Drs recommendation for this brand and it’s helped a ton with cramps and aches over the past few weeks!

Delicious and Refreshing
Rarely do I write a review, but this hydration powder is fantastic! The absolute perfect blend of refreshing lemon flavor with a hint of zing to it, my thirst is satisfied every time. Not too sweet and not tart (I wouldnât believe thereâs apple cider vinegar in there!), the flavor is wonderful. It dissolves fast and completely with a few shakes of my water bottle. Itâs really good and good for me.

Refreshing and Cleansing Performance Boost
The Bad:I dropped a star for 2 reasons: this could be a little easier it mix. It doesnât just dissolve. Itâs very fine and sometimes clumps.Also, the packet doesnât tear open easily. I wish there was a tub of these. I would still want the packet option for travel. I tear through a combo of packets the mornings Iâm on the road. I save this one for last so I can kind of build up to it.The Good:This has a tart lemony taste. The vinegar is apparent but not unpleasant. I would potentially order this while out for a light breakfast if I could.As a runner that travels for work, the convenience and quality make this well worth the price. Home or hotel room- this helps hydrate, reset, regulate.The Dream:I pair this with another popular powered supplement that comes in a dark green tub/pouch. I wish these two would just have a baby together.

Love the TASTE!
I was looking for something to give me a little pick me up in the morning. Everything you read about health drinks includes apple cider vinegar and some type of salt. I absolutely love that this drink has everything in it ready to drink. This is an easy packet to take with me when traveling as well. I can’t say I’ve noticed a ton of additional health benefits, but I can tell when I haven’t taken it.

Best tasting electrolytes for pregnancy!
This is the best tasting electrolyte by FAR and Iâve tried many. It was recommended to me by my OB during pregnancy for extra hydration. Tastes just like lemonade with a bit of a kick. Canât taste the vinegar at all.
