This is my second time ordering this product because I have seen a difference in my skin & nails. I have a glow to my skin & my nails are stronger. It doesnât have a nasty taste nor is it hard to swallow. The recommended dose per day is 3, even then it wasnât difficult to swallow. I will continue to buy this product as I feel itâs keeping me young!

This Product Really Works For Me!
I have always been blessed with thick, healthy hair and long, strong fingernails. However, I noticed a difference in both when reached my sixties. My hair was getting thinner and growing slowly, and my nails had were weaker and prone to chipping or breaking. I used a different collagen capsules for 2-3 months, but didnât notice any improvement and the capsules were enormous. I did some more research and was impressed by the comments and ratings of the Vital Vitamins Collagen capsules. I have used these capsules (taking 2/day) for 2 months and am quite impressed with the increased growth and strength of my fingernails. My hair is getting longer and thicker a little more slowly, but it is improving. I have not noticed any side effects by taking this supplement, nor is there any after-taste. This 72 year old woman is very pleased with the results and highly recommend this product!

Works on aching joints
Like many people when hearing that collagen helps with aching joints I was reluctant to believe it. I had always been very active up until 60, and then experienced a number of changes with my health. The joints in my feet hurt so bad I stopped going for my morning walks. Since starting the collagen I have noticed an improvement in my joints, skin, nails and hair. Itâs just all around makes me feel just a bit better.

Good product but hard to swallow.
I received this product about 3 weeks ago and I realize that my hair is shedding less and my skin is a bit softer. I take 3 pills per day as directed so this should last me around 50 days which I believe is value for money. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the capsules are so hard to swallow, I’ve actually resorted to emptying the capsule contents in juice and taking it like that. It doesn’t have an unpleasant taste though so that’s a plus.Overall this is a good product and I will purchase again.

Wow it’s amazing what collagen does for my hair. I have used the product now over a month and actually saw a difference after two weeks. My head of hair is thicker fuller nourished and looks very healthy. I’ve received many compliments even from strangers on how beautiful my hair is. That’s nice to hear for this seventy year old woman. Okay but the benefits don’t end there. I noticed my fingernails are prone to less breakage and are growing full throttle. The capsules are easy to take with liquid and didn’t leave an after taste in my mouth. But back to the hair… I find myself flinging my head back and forth more just to feel the fullness. Yes it makes me happy

These are a standard sized (not large) capsule so are easy to swallow. I keep reading that collagen is important for older people to take as it’s good for your joints and for wrinkles. It’s only been a couple months so I haven’t noticed any changes – wish I could say some wrinkles are gone but nothing noticeable yet. Maybe if you start when you begin to get the wrinkles not after they’ve set in. I’m not sure but I think I have less aches in my hip. I’ll give them a few months before deciding if I want to keep them up.

Iâm in my fifties and I started getting mild pain when climbing the stairs. A friend told me to take collagen type II so when I saw this product with collagen type II, I thought I will give it a go.
