Worked wonders on my daughters, but not for me
Both me and my 2 daughters have very flaky and dry scalps. So we decided to give Pert a try in hopes that it would take care of our dandruff problems. It reduced about 95% of flakes from both of my daughters scalps, but has done absolutely nothing for me. I must have a really stubborn scalp. For really stubborn situations I have found that shampoos and conditioners with tea tree oil has helped quite a bit, but those can be rather pricey and tend to leave a minty stink in your hair. The Pert itself has no nasty smell and it lathers extremely well, so only a little is needed and it stretches a long way. I would recommend trying the Pert first before going the alternate route.

This item is not pert plus, it doesn’t have much conditioner in it as the other one that I used to buy, When I brush my hair, I brush half of my hair out. Where is the regular stuff!!!!

Perfect for my daughters hair
My daughter has alot of thick hair and it gives her a very dry scalp. Her sweater would be covered in dry skin by the end of the day. We tried every shampoo that was made for dandruff and nothing worked. I found this shampoo and gave it a try, who knew that pert would be the answer! It took all the dry skin away and now she is not embarrased about her seater being covered in dry skin.

Works well for stubbornly dry scalp
FOr me this Pert Plus brand has always helped a lot more with my dry scalp than any of the other top dandruff shampoo brands. I also am not repelled by thte smell like a lot of the others. I’ve been happy with this product and plan to use as long as it’s available!
