I have to agree with one of the other reviewers. The results are borderline insanely great. I’ve always steered clear of melatonin because of its side-effects and how it disagrees with my digestive system. That being said, some of us are more sensitive. To those who think 6 mg is too much, try taking only one pill, which is 3 mg. At that dose, it’s still quite a potent elixir. I had to ask myself if perhaps I’m just melatonin deficient, or if that’s even possible. I visited a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner and she advocated for melatonin and said, in fact, we do become deficient, as we become deficient in many hormones as we grow older. I’m not an advocate for hormone replacement therapy because I believe doing so treads on potentially dangerous ground. But, for the sake of a solid, restful night’s sleep, I’ve decided to take the risk with the benefit. One thing to note is that the melatonin doesn’t clear your body until after 12 hours, so take it early and be prepared for a bit of a melatonin hangover. The product starts to work immediately and for me it felt as if I took a valium — seriously. There is NO valium in this, so don’t worry. But, it is a wonderful product and it does work, just as it says.

I used to just use melatonin. Not real effective for me. Then I began trying a variety of natural sleep supplements containing more than just melatonin. Being a very busy person, at first I primarily chose my selections by reading ingredients & reviews and purchased a variety with excellent reviews for trial comparison. There are too many variables in my life to do a remotely scientific trial, but of the 4 or 5 I purchased, Natural Sleep Aid for Adults by Nature’s Wellness stood out from the rest as being the most effective. So I then took some time and compared ingredients with other supplements. Of course I did not compare every natural sleep aid on the planet, but in comparing what I would term the top brands offered on Amazon based on reviews, and ingredients, this supplement “won” in my comparison. It has an equal or greater amount of all ingredients I compared with one exception, valerian. I know that valerian is excellent for promoting sleep, so I planned to repurchase multiple bottles of this product & add a valerian supplement to consume along with it. in fact, I already have two bottles waiting in my cart, and then I got an offer of a free bottle WHETHER OR NOT I did a review. But it did ask if I would do a review, so I thought that since I had done an ingredient comparison and also had found it to be the most effective product I found I would do a review and pass along what I had found. “Proprietary blends” may be a way to guard your product’s “secret formula/recipe”,so I understand that aspect, however that means that the amount of the individual ingredients are not listed, so as I scientist I do not like that, as I like to analyze the ingredients & their respective amounts. Since starting this supplement, my overall mood has benefitted tremendously. It only took several days to start to notice meaningful results. I’m happier, less stressed and my sleep quality has improved a ton.I really love that this product not only improves mood but really does act as a very powerful sleeping aid, without the groggy, hungover feeling you get from taking Melatonin or OTC sleep products. Even my wife and a co-worker have mentioned that I seem more upbeat and happy over the last several weeks. The normal stuff that would get me anxious/depressed (family drama, my kids, work nonsense, etc) all now seem to be more manageable. I was debating going on an SSRI to manage my anxiety and depression but I think I’m going to stick with this product for a while and see if the results continue. I am over 70, I have encounted sleep disorder , insomnia, anxiety due to a lot of medications related. âBenefitsâ are not consistent
Iâve been using this product for quite a while, mainly because I kept giving it more chances to work for me as the bottle indicated it would. Unfortunately, the only part it fulfills is helping me fall asleep fast. If I wake even once through the night, I either never fall back to sleep before time to get up for the day, or it takes at least two hours to fall back to sleep. I need a product that does both; help me fall asleep, fast, and sleep soundly the night. This product did not work for me.

I bought this product hoping that finally, something would help me sleep. I’ve been suffering from insomnia for quite some time. I’ve tried MANY products that have not worked.
