Good product definitely works. Not too hot on the cocoa maple flavor but just have a bottle of water handy afterwards. It definitely works and is worth it for the price.

My only issue with this , is that it is so thick that it 3-4 servings stays in the bottle . You literally have to cut the bottle to scrape it out to get those last few servings.

I have no opinion on the efficacy of this product because it is a pain to get out of the bottle!! The taste is chocolate-y and tolerable. It is way too thick to be in this type of container.
